앨버타는 기술 노동자들을 위한 새로운 패스트트랙 이민 프로그램을 도입하고 있다.
1월 13일 앨버타의 이민부 장관 타일러 샨드로는 신속한 기술 경로를 발표했다. 지방은 이미 12월에 새로운 프로그램에 대한 신청을 받기 시작했다.
기술 전문가가 자격을 갖추려면 연방 정부의 Express Entry 시스템에 프로필이 있어야 하며 Alberta Express Entry Stream을 이용할 수 있어야 한다.
비록 익스프레스 엔트리 처리가 2020년에 평균 9개월이었지만, 샨드로는 "이 새로운 경로 하에서 캐나다 전역과 해외의 기술 전문가들은 수요가 많은 기술 산업 직업에서 일자리를 제안받는다면 6개월 안에 영주권자가 될 수 있다"고 말했다.
"우선 신청 처리와 함께 기술 전문가들은 또한 취업 허가가 필요할 경우 앨버타 주 정부로부터 지원 서한을 받게 될 것입니다."
Alberta Enterprise Corporation에 따르면 Alberta에는 3,000개 이상의 기술 회사가 있다. 2021 Alberta Technology Deal Flow Study에 따르면 알버타의 기술 부문은 2012년 이후 233% 성장했다. 그러나 기술 회사는 직원, 특히 영업 및 기술 인력에 접근하는 데 여전히 어려움을 겪고 있다고 한다.
Accelerated Tech Pathway 신청 단계
Accelerated Tech Pathway에서 신속 처리 대상으로 선택되려면 먼저 Alberta Express Entry Stream에 대한 자격이 있어야 한다. 이 주정부 지명자 프로그램(PNP)은 3단계로 구성된다.
1. Express Entry 시스템에서 프로필 받기

Accelerated Tech Pathway를 신청하려면 Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program(AINP)을 위한 온라인 양식을 작성하십시오. 이 양식을 통해 Express Entry 프로필과 알버타에서의 기술 직업에 대한 정보를 보냅니다.

2. AINP는 귀하의 자격을 결정합니다.
AINP는 귀하가 Alberta Express Entry Stream에 대한 최소 자격 기준을 충족하는지 확인합니다. 그렇다면 AINP는 주정부 지명을 신청하도록 초대하는 이메일을 보낼 것이다. 이 초대 없이는 신청할 수 없으며, 다른 AINP 스트림에서 지명을 사용하여 신청할 수 없습니다.
3. 신청
앨버타에서 이메일 초대장을 받으면 평가 기준을 충족하는지 확인합니다. AINP는 지원서에서 사기 또는 허위 진술을 발견하면 최대 5년 동안 재지원을 금지할 수 있습니다.
완성된 신청서는 적격한 신청서 풀로 들어간다. AINP는 이러한 지원을 주정부 지명으로 간주한다.
앨버타에서 추천을 제안하는 경우 온라인 Express Entry 프로필을 사용하여 30일 이내에 수락할 수 있다. 그러면 Express Entry 점수에 600 CRS(Comprehensive Ranking System) 포인트가 추가된다.
지명이 영주권자가 되는 것을 보장하지는 않지만 Express Entry 풀의 최상위에 오르게 해줍니다. 연방 정부, 이민 난민 및 시민권 캐나다(IRCC)가 Express Entry 추첨에서 신청 초대(ITA)를 보내면 영주권을 신청할 수 있습니다.
