Covid19 사태로 전세계가 난리통 인데 코로나를 비롯한. 바이러스에. 대하여 미국 '' 존스. 홉킨스''대학 감염학과 조교수의 설명을 전하는 글이 있어 올립니다.

이번 코로나사태가 쉽게 근절되지 않고 장시간 계속될 우려가 있다하니 주의 하십시요. 바로 알고 대처 합시다

 

※바이러스는 생명체가 아닙니다. 

  그러니 죽일 수가 없지요.

  이번 기회에 좀더 깊이 알아 봅시다.

 

The following is from Irene Ken physician, whose daughter is an Asst. Prof in infectious diseases at Johns Hopkins University, quite informative.

 

이글은 존스홉킨스 감염학과 조교수의 엄마이며 의사인 아이린 켄 이란 분이 올린 글입니다.

 

* The virus is not a living organism, but a protein molecule (DNA) covered by a protective layer of lipid (fat), which, when absorbed by the cells of the ocular, nasal or buccal mucosa, changes their genetic code. (mutation) and convert them into aggressor and multiplier cells.

 

바이러스는 생물이 아니고 지방껍질로 쌓여 있는 단백질 분자이고, 눈, 코, 입안 점막의 세포 등에 흡착되면 유전정보가 바뀌게(변형) 되고, 공격인자와 중폭세포로 전환됩니다.

 

* Since the virus is not a living organism but a protein molecule, it is not killed, but decays on its own. The disintegration time depends on the temperature, humidity and type of material where it lies.

 

바이러스는 생물이 아니고 단백질분자기 때문에 죽는게 아니고 스스로 부패됩니다. 분해시간은 온도, 습도, 그리고 붙은 표면에 따라 다릅니다.

 

* The virus is very fragile; the only thing that protects it is a thin outer layer of fat. That is why any soap or detergent is the best remedy, because the foam CUTS the FAT (that is why you have to rub so much: for 20 seconds or more, to make a lot of foam).

 

바이러스는 외부 단백질막이 유일한 방어막이기 때문에 아주 약합니다. 바로 비누나 세탁제가 가장 좋은 해결책이 되는 이유인 것이, 비누거품이 지방을 분해하기 때문입니다. (이것이 손을 20초이상 잘 씻어 충분한 거품을 내야 하는 이유입니다.)

 

By dissolving the fat layer, the protein molecule disperses and breaks down on its own.

 

지방막을 녹이므로서 단백질분자를 녹이고 스스로 분해되게 합니다.

 

* HEAT melts fat; this is why it is so good to use water above 77 degrees Fahrenheit for washing hands, clothes and everything. In addition, hot water makes more foam and that makes it even more useful.

 

열은 지방을 녹입니다. 때문에 손 옷 등 무엇이든 씻을때는 25C 이상 따듯한 물을 쓰도록 하고, 특히 거품이 잘 나니 더 이롭습니다.

 

* Alcohol or any mixture with alcohol over 65% DISSOLVES ANY FAT, especially the external lipid layer of the virus.

 

알콜이나 65프로 이상 알콜 혼합용액이 모든 지방을 녹입니다. 특히 바이러스의 외지질막을 잘 녹입니다.

 

* Any mix with 1 part bleach and 5 parts water directly dissolves the protein, breaks it down from the inside.

 

표백제 1 당 물 5을 희석한 용액이 단백질을 직접 녹이고 속에서부터 분해시킵니다.

 

* Oxygenated water helps long after soap, alcohol and chlorine, because peroxide dissolves the virus protein, but you have to use it pure and it hurts your skin.

 

바이러스 단백질은 비누 알콜 클로린 소독 후 산소화용액으로 지속적 효과가 있는데, 순수형태여야 하고 피부를 상하게 할 수 있습니다.

 

* NO BACTERICIDE OR ANTIBIOTIC SERVES. The virus is not a living organism like bacteria; antibodies cannot kill what is not alive.

 

항박테리아나 항생제는 소용이 없슴. 바이러스는 박테리아와 같이 생물이 아님. 항생제로는 생물이 아닌것을 죽일 수 없슴

 

* NEVER shake used or unused clothing, sheets or cloth. While it is glued to a porous surface, it is very inert and disintegrates only

-between 3 hours (fabric and porous),

-4 hours (copper and wood)

-24 hours (cardboard),

- 42 hours (메탈) and

-72 hours (plastic).

 

사용했거나 쓰지 않은 옷, 시트, 옷검을 절대 털지 마세요. 구멍있는곳에 자리 잡으면 털어지지 않고, 시간이 지나야 분해 됨.

- 옷감, 구멍 3시간

- 구리, 목재 4시간

- 카드보드박스 24시간

- 금속 48시간

- 플라스틱 72시간

 

But if you shake it or use a feather duster, the virus molecules float in the air for up to 3 hours, and can lodge in your nose.

 

그렇지 않고 털거나 먼지털이로 털면 바이러스분자가 최고 3시간동안 공기중에 떠다니다 코속으로 들어가 자리잡을 수 있슴.

 

* The virus molecules remain very stable in external cold, or artificial as air conditioners in houses and cars.

 

바이러스분자는 바깥 추위나, 집 차안 에어컨에서 아주 안정적임.

 

They also need moisture to stay stable, and especially darkness. Therefore, dehumidified, dry, warm and bright environments will degrade it faster.

 

또 놈들은 안정화되려면, 특히 어두운곳에서, 습기가필요함  따라서 습기가 제거된, 건조하고 따듯하고 밝은 환경에서 더 빨리 분해됨

 

* UV LIGHT on any object that may contain it breaks down the virus protein. For example, to disinfect and reuse a mask is perfect. Be careful, it also breaks down collagen (which is protein) in the skin.

 

자외선이나 자외선이 포함된 모든것이 바이러스 단백질을 분해함. 예를 들어 자외선으로 마스크를 소독해서 다시 쓸 수 있슴. 하지만 피부도 콜라겐 단백질로 되어있으니 조심해야 함.

 

* The virus CANNOT go through healthy skin.

 

바이러스는 건강한 피부를 통과 할 수 없음

 

* Vinegar is NOT useful because it does not break down the protective layer of fat.

 

식초용액은 지방보호막을 분해하지 못하니 소용이 없슴

 

* NO SPIRITS, NOR VODKA, serve. The strongest vodka is 40% alcohol, and you need 65%.

 

술, 보드카도 소용 없슴. 아무리 쎈 보드카도 40프로 정도임. 65프로가 팔요함

 

* LISTERINE IF IT SERVES! It is 65% alcohol.

 

구강 가글 리스테린은 65%알콜이라 효과가 있슴

 

* The more confined the space, the more concentration of the virus there can be. The more open or naturally ventilated, the less.

 

밀폐된 공간일수록 바이러스 농도가 높을 수 있슴.열린공간아나 야외 일수록 농도가 낮음

 

* You have to wash your hands before and after touching mucosa, food, locks, knobs, switches, remote control, cell phone, watches, computers, desks, TV, etc. And when using the bathroom.

 

점막, 음식, 자물쇠, 문고리, 스위치, 리모콘, 핸폰, 시계, 콤퓨터, 책상, TV 등을 만진 전 후 꼭 손을 씻을것. 그리고, 화장실도...

 

* You have to Moisturize dry hands from so much washing them, because the molecules can hide in the micro cracks. The thicker the moisturizer, the better.

 

손을 자주 씻기때문에 꼭 보습제를 쓰는데, 안 그러면 피부가 미세하게 갈라진곳에 바이러스가 숨을 수 있슴. 두텁게 보습제를 바를 수록 더 좋습니다

 

* Also keep your NAILS SHORT so that the virus does not hide there.

 

그리고, 손톱도 짧게해서 바이러스가 숨지 못하게 해야 합니다.
