3~18세 대상…경력 없어도 참여 가능, 12월 런웨이 쇼 기회

 

토론토 키즈 패션 위크(TKFW)가 오는 10월 25일 일요일 토론토에서 어린이 모델 공개 오디션을 개최한다.

 

이번 오디션은 3세부터 18세까지 참여할 수 있으며, 별도의 모델 경력이나 경험은 요구되지 않는다. 다양한 배경과 지역에서 온 어린이들의 참여를 환영한다는 것이 TKFW 측의 설명이다.

 

오디션을 통해 선발된 어린이들은 패션 위크의 다양한 프로그램에 참여하게 된다. 런웨이 및 자신감 향상 워크숍을 비롯해 전문 디자이너의 피팅, 헤어·메이크업과 스타일링, 포트폴리오 화보 촬영 등을 경험할 수 있다.

 

또한 최종 선발 모델들은 12월 5일 토론토에서 열리는 TKFW 런웨이 쇼에도 참여할 예정이다.

 

TKFW 관계자는 “모든 어린이는 런웨이에 설 자격이 있다”며 다양한 배경의 어린이들을 환영한다고 밝혔다. 이어 모델 경력이 없어도 참여할 수 있다며 자신감을 갖고 오디션에 참석해 달라고 전했다.

 

참가 신청은 TKFW 공식 웹사이트의 모델 등록 페이지를 통해 할 수 있다.

 

토론토 키즈 패션 위크는 2018년부터 어린이들에게 자신감과 창의성, 즐거움을 바탕으로 한 전문적인 런웨이 경험을 제공해 왔다. TKFW에 따르면 과거 참가자 가운데 일부는 모델 에이전시와 계약하거나 캐스팅 및 영상 제작 등에 참여하는 등 다양한 분야에서 활동하고 있다.

Toronto Kids Fashion Week Holds Open Model Casting Call on October 25 Kids Ages 3-18, No Experience Needed

 

TORONTO, October 7, 2026 - Toronto Kids Fashion Week (TKFW) invites children ages 3 to 18 to an open model casting call on Sunday, October 25 in Toronto. No modeling experience is required, and children from every background and neighbourhood are welcome.

 

Selected models take part in the full TKFW Fashion Week Experience:

runway and confidence-building workshops, professional designer fitting sessions, professional hair, makeup and styling, a portfolio photoshoot, and the runway show on December 5 in Toronto.

 

"Every child deserves a moment on the runway," said a Toronto Kids Fashion Week spokesperson. "We welcome kids from every background - no experience needed, just bring your confidence."
